I went for a nose surgery consultation. The counseling manager's attitude suddenly changed when she noticed I was hesitating a bit, and it felt a little condescending? The director was just okay. Like others said, because they were busy, it felt like they wanted to get it done quickly and send me out. And there were a lot of people. Even with a reservation, I waited an hour.
