There were seriously a lot of patients, and even though I arrived right on time for my appointment, it took more than 2 hours before I left the hospital. The manager was kind and very busy. The consultation was short, and because there were so many patients, it felt like they were rushing things a bit, and rather than looking at each patient's individual characteristics, it felt like they had a fixed manual. They also recommended things that another hospital had never suggested, so I do not think I will have surgery.
