I went 40 minutes earlier than my original appointment time, but I still waited more than 3 hours and 30 minutes... The doctor came in after finishing a double-eyelid surgery, so that means I would have gone in for surgery at my appointment time, right? In the end I could not even make it to the consultation at another hospital I had booked next, and the doctor's consultation itself was not really impactful either lol I was so angry, but I could not be angry at the desk staff, so I was just frustrated by myself.
