Other people said they waited more than 3 hours, but I guess they said the consultation was thorough and they understood. I actually got through everyone from the manager to the director in just one hour, but the director's consultation was under 10 minutes. Even during the consultation, the director seemed extremely busy, and although they didn't ignore my questions, I felt very hesitant to keep asking questions.... T_T When I left the room after surgery, they quickly grabbed some papers and went somewhere. They are definitely a very busy person. Still, they carefully set the line and explained everything accurately. I hope the actual surgery design time is longer..!!
