I waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes to have a consultation with the director. At other clinics, everyone recommended double-eyelid surgery, but at this clinic only the director said that if I was going to keep the line low, there was no need to do it, so that did build trust. He also explained the reason. However, the consultation itself lasted only about 5 minutes. I couldn't have a long consultation.
