This was my second nose revision surgery, so I started the consultation feeling a lot of pressure. After looking at my nose, the director first said it gave a bulbous-nose impression.. and I agreed. My bridge is fine, but the tip part felt like it had not improved at all when I had the first surgery, so they said that to get the look I want, I would need to correct the tip and also address the bulbous nose at the same time. The director is the type to recommend things honestly, and the manager also整理ed the necessary parts again without pushing too hard, so I was grateful.
