I went in for a consultation and it was okay~ It's a place famous for having long waiting times, but I did not wait that long. However, in the early days after opening, it was not this crowded, so I felt like the director was a bit kinder and more thorough then, but now they seem somewhat busy and the process feels more rushed. The managers were kind.
