First of all, the very, very long waiting time is a downside. There was someone next to me who seemed to be visiting for postoperative care after surgery, and seeing even that person wait for so long made me wonder whether the aftercare after surgery would really be okay..? T_T The consultation, facilities, and the doctor himself were good, but having too many people there was actually what made me hesitate about whether I should have surgery.
