The director was very kind. They directly shaped the nose with a cotton swab, which was nice because it let me see roughly what it would look like after surgery. The consultation was done based on CT imaging. The director gave a rough explanation and answered questions, and the manager explained the detailed surgery method. The manager was kind too.
