The consultation expertise seems to be the best among the places I visited. But there were too many people, so the waiting time was too long, and both the manager consultation and the doctor consultation were too short. They just set the line and told me the price, and that was it. Still, they only recommended the surgery that was truly needed and did not try to push anything excessive.
