First of all, the waiting time is quite long. I think that's probably because it's not a one-doctor clinic. The manager was extremely kind during the first consultation, but after the consultation ended, when I contacted them later because I had more questions, they sounded a bit businesslike and bothered, and I felt like if something went wrong after surgery, I wouldn't even be able to file a complaint... (It was definitely not on a weekend or late at night.) But even setting all that aside, I felt that the director was really professional. They caught the condition of my eyes very well, something other clinics had not noticed, and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. They weren't especially warm, but they were professional, so I immediately felt trust. It was one of the final candidates I was considering. The director seemed to be the most professional among the places I consulted, and I thought the surgery would turn out naturally, but I worried that if something went wrong, I would just be one of many patients and get ignored, so I eventually decided to have the surgery somewhere else. I really recommend getting a consultation at least once.
