I had hump nose surgery and didn’t want silicone, so I had the surgery with septal cartilage and ear cartilage. More than a year and a half after the surgery, the hump has grown back and returned to how it was before, and the area where the cartilage was inserted has protruded in the shape of the cartilage, so depending on the light my nose looks uneven.ㅠㅠ I was told that if you put in only cartilage without silicone, the cartilage grows and ends up like this. It was something I hadn’t heard before the surgery, so I was a bit taken aback.. The doctor himself is kind.
