The consultation was professional and they pointed out the necessary parts well. They also told me about things that did not really need to be done. Their personality was so strong that I almost could not say what I needed to say. If you have something you want to say, do not be intimidated and make sure you say everything. They are very sensitive during surgery. The managers looked way too busy and annoyed at first, and their response was really poor, so I seriously debated whether to do it here because of that. But on the actual surgery day they were kind. They are professional, but not very friendly.
