I took photos and the director explained everything based on them, so I understood quickly. They explained everything in a very kind and detailed way. The manager felt very professional and was kind, but when I brought up the fact that the price was quite high, they had a bit of a “well, there’s nothing we can do” attitude. Other than that, everything was good. The facilities were also clean and professional.
