When I went for a consultation last winter, there were so many people. While waiting, people kept coming in and there weren't even enough seats; some people had to stand. While waiting, they took eye photos and I consulted with the staff member, and she was so kind that I liked it. Then I had to wait again until I met the doctor, and since they had just finished surgery and come out, it felt like he just said what he needed to say and that was it..
