I made a reservation and went, but there was a bit of waiting time. They said it was because the surgery ahead of me was delayed.. I understood and thought that meant they were being more careful~ The manager had a slightly strong vibe lol but was kind... After talking with the manager about the line, the desired surgery method, and the recommended approach, I waited a little more for about 10 minutes and then had a consultation with the director~! The director was really kind and carefully drew out the line for me I had consultations at 3 places including here that day, and this one felt the kindest of them all. But I do think they were a little busy, like other reviews said
