I went for eye and nose consultation and had a total wait of 1 hour. The staff were blunt, and the consultation was explained well only at the beginning, but as it went on, it was obvious they were getting annoyed. They didn't explain anything beyond what I asked. And they said my eyes and nose looked odd, which hurt my feelings a bit.
