I visited after work and got a consultation right around closing time, but most people were kind. In fact, other than the consultation, things moved along really fast, so I didn't even have time to feel they were being rude. Before meeting the director, they took photos first.. it was embarrassing because it really laid bare my flaws haha. Still, I liked the feeling that they were looking at things accurately. I said I just wanted to fix my uneven eyes while keeping the existing line, but they clearly and firmly told me the look I wanted wouldn't happen, and I felt they were treating each patient as important. (This meant that because my current line is a crease, if I had surgery the current feeling wouldn't be possible.) Then they gradually raised the line from 1 to 4 and showed me the ranges where non-incisional surgery would be possible and where incisional surgery would be needed. In the end, the director kind of persuaded me? So I don't think I'll get double eyelids.. but if someone around me says they're getting double eyelids, I think I'd recommend this place! They seemed ethical and aware that one surgery could change a person's life.
