I had a consultation for my eyes and nose, and the wait was long, so I had to wait a long time. Still, compared with other hospitals that just make you sit there and wait, it was better because a staff member came by first and told me the wait would likely be longer because of the surgery schedule. I also liked that the doctor clearly said what was possible and what wasn't.
