First, I waited about two hours! I understand the doctor was busy, but then I think they should call patients at the right time. If you only care about how valuable your own time is and don't care about other people's time, isn't that annoying? Patients end up waiting, and then they get irritated at the managers who didn't do anything wrong, so I felt sorry for the managers there.
