Waiting. Waiting. Infinite waiting. The consultation manager was kind, but she seemed to lack a great deal of expertise about surgery (just the kind of babying, "aww, poor thing" feeling?). After waiting that long, I met the doctor, but was very disappointed by his careless attitude. T_T In the end, I had the surgery somewhere else.
