This was the first hospital I went to while looking into my first eye surgery, so I was nervous too. I took photos and waited for the doctor. But he seemed a bit busy. The consultation ended within 3 minutes without much explanation. It was a place that seemed to be running around busily, so I couldn't feel relaxed there.
