I made a consultation appointment right after seeing my friend’s result and thinking it looked good, but even after I got there with a reservation, the waiting time for the consultation was really long, and I did not get the impression that the staff were friendly. But the manager in charge was very kind and answered my questions and explained things well, and the director, as I had heard, was a bit cold and only answered what was asked. Still, I liked that he spoke in a way that matched the purpose of coming in for a consultation without adding extra side talk,, and the important thing is that the surgery satisfaction is high. The swelling went down quickly, and the line turned out exactly how I wanted. Anyway, I think of him as my second father.
