I don't know if it's because there was a consultation fee, but both the consultation manager and the director were kind, and they explained everything very thoroughly. Thanks to that, it was nice that I could ask about anything right away without feeling awkward. However, the consultation wait time was definitely long compared to other hospitals. After visiting 7 places, I made a surgery reservation here, and I hope I end up looking pretty!
