I thought the style would be natural, but it was actually very glamorous. They seem to like making the nose long, and it felt like they had a particular nose style that they insist on. I wanted something natural, but they recommended at least 4 mm or 5 mm silicone, which felt burdensome, and since it was my first surgery, they also recommended costal cartilage, so I ended up not going through with the surgery. Both the manager and the director were detailed and sincere in the consultation.
