**For reference, my eyes had double eyelid surgery long ago with partial incision My eyelids are thin, but because the line is shallow, I ended up with eyes that developed a double fold Because of that issue, I was thinking about revision surgery 2 or 3 years ago, and a close acquaintance had it done with buried sutures I went because the acquaintance's acquaintances also had it done and were satisfied there I understand the doctor used to be at a large hospital, but after too many eye-surgery patients came in, he opened a private clinic. Since it was an eye-only clinic, I felt reassured I brought the inner/outer line I wanted, but the doctor said because I do not have an epicanthic fold, an inner line at the front is not possible He said a slight front canthoplasty on only one eye would correct the unevenness, but since it is okay as it is, he did not really recommend it, so I did not do it I also wanted outer canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty, but he firmly said there was nowhere left to widen, so oddly enough I did not feel disappointed He immediately knew which forehead muscle I normally use to open my eyes with He also told me how to open them in the future so the line would settle properly He said full incision was necessary because my eyelids are thin and that would solve the stress of looking sunken in And he calmly said that because my eyelids are quite thin and aging will progress, I might have to do it again in 10 years lol lol lol lol lol That part matched my own thoughts I felt like I should book right away It felt like we had quite a long consultation, and at the end he still asked if I had anything else I wanted to know What left an impression on me was talking like that for so long lol It was the first time I had a conversation with someone while our eyes were fixed only on the area around the eyes And I cried too much during the surgery T_T But this was not under my control T_T I just kept crying as if I was suddenly feeling sad about something T_T Anyway, I rambled on and on I talked without any structure, but I am satisfied with my eyes now.. Even though it was full incision, there is no scar on my eyes And I have an in-out line, but when I open my eyes, I am someone with so little upper eyelid volume that it looks almost like an in-line! Anyway, compared with the first surgery, I am 200 percent satisfied It seems like making a consultation appointment has now become extremely difficult lol
