The consultation manager with the short haircut was good at catching what the patient wanted and listened well. This was the hospital I was most looking forward to, but I ended up not having surgery because the consultation was disappointing. Another hospital said the area could be improved, but here they vaguely said they weren't sure whether it could be solved, so I lost trust.
