I had surgery here and I was satisfied because of the consultation. But the waiting was really long so it annoyed me. I wondered if the hospital just schedules consultation and surgery times however convenient for them regardless. I'll talk about the surgery time being delayed in the surgery review, but for now I'm annoyed that I had to wait so long for the consultation. I almost just left while waiting, but I kept waiting because I thought it would be a waste. I thought the director would be tired and annoyed, but he was kinder than I expected and spoke calmly and gently, so I felt a bit better. He went over, one by one, the line I had been told at another clinic, the line he thought was right, and the line I had in mind, and explained this is this and that is that. In the end, we compromised on the director's line plus the line I wanted. The manager was extremely kind. Personally, I think doctors' expertise and skill are really pretty similar, so I mainly look at how kind the staff and manager are, and I liked this place because the manager was so kind. The staff were calm too. If it weren't for the waiting, it would have been perfect. Out of 10, I gave it 8 because of the wait. If you're going here for a consultation, it would probably be better to book it in the morning.
