The consultation was definitely friendly, and both the director and the consultant gave detailed explanations, but I ended up canceling because I didn't really feel much expectation. I had gone from out of town for the consultation, and there was a deposit request, but when I canceled later, I got 100% of it back. I had consulted about double eyelid surgery.
