Review

I went for a facial contouring consultation, and the waiting time was extremely long. There was no response in between, to the point where I wondered if they had forgotten about me because the wait dragged on so much, which was disappointing. It would have been nice if they had given an update in the middle... I felt that the director was delicate during the consultation. On video, they had seemed tough, but they were soft-spoken, which I liked. But maybe because I was already worn out from waiting, I did not feel the strong pull I expected from the amount of time I spent waiting.
