I had a reservation for 12:30, but it was over at 2:30.. The wait was too long, and because there were so many people, it was totally chaotic. Other than that, the manager was kind, and the doctor was kind too and had a good impression, but even though they said a 100% deposit refund was possible, I think their demands were a bit much..
