I had a consultation for revision nose surgery. The director was kind during the consultation. The manager also explained things kindly. I asked about revision eye surgery, and they told me to wait a few years after the nose surgery before doing it. I applied for the consultation at the end of the appointment, so I didn't have to wait long.
