From the consultation until the design time right before surgery.. I think I saw the doctor for less than 10 minutes. He explained things in a very simple and clear way, and seems to have a very definite personal opinion. Fortunately, the nose shape he insists on is exactly my ideal shape, so I had surgery with him, but for people who don't want that style, he might come across as a bit unfriendly. I'm satisfied with the facility and the consultation coordinators~
