My first impression after going in was that it was way too crowded with people. The nurses weren't exactly rude, but they were so busy that they kind of ignored me(?) so it was a little scary.. The consultation director was kind, and the doctor had a strong presence. But for breast surgery, they only recommended Smoothpack. They said Motek could cause problems later, so for some reason I kind of trusted them? But I had the surgery somewhere else lol
