This is the place I went to for a nose surgery consultation. I remember the manager was not that friendly... and neither were the front desk staff. The wait time is usually an hour too... The consultation itself took an extremely long time.. But the director was very sharp, sweet, and kind in the consultation. Since they consulted me so kindly and well, I felt very trusting. But since it was the first place I consulted, I passed!
