They weren't mechanical about it and were very human, so it was easy to ask questions, and they answered sincerely. I'm having a reoperation because my nose is crooked. Other hospitals were defensive, but Director Seo feels confident in what he's saying. I asked for a re-consultation before surgery, and after one more consultation, I felt sure that I should go ahead with the surgery. There are bad reviews here and there, but every hospital has bad reviews, so I'm taking that into account and choosing based on the consultation and post-op care.
