I really have a lot to say about Weverse. I live overseas, so I first contacted them through KakaoTalk, and they said that if I wanted a consultation, I had to pay a deposit first. At MSR, the doctor gave a free online consultation and was incredibly thorough, so I was surprised that here they asked me to pay first. They said that after paying the deposit, they would relay the consultation content to the doctor through KakaoTalk. But then for several days I got no reply on KakaoTalk. It seemed suspicious, so I contacted them again, and only the next day did they respond. When it was time to get paid, replies came quickly, but how did they change 180 degrees like that... When they finally replied, the doctor said my eyes were not the type that could be improved much, so I should give up and that he was sorry. There was no mention of returning the deposit. After my mother, who lives in Korea, called and made a huge fuss several times, only then did they say they would return the deposit. All they said to me was, “Your mother seems very angry.” After going through this, I think not having surgery here was a huge blessing for me.
