Right when I got there, they said the doctor was in surgery and told me to wait an hour. They kept calling since the day before asking whether I’d come for the consultation, and on the day itself I was not even 5 minutes late, but then they called again. Before the doctor consultation, they took CT and photos, but the staff kept messing it up so we had to do it over and over, which was exhausting. The doctor consultation ended quickly. They clearly explained what needed to be done, said osteotomy was mandatory unlike at other clinics, and also recommended alar reduction. The consultation manager was kinder than the desk staff, but when I asked about CCTV, they showed that they were annoyed and said no clinic would ever show it, though most places supposedly do. It was not a consultation that made me think I wanted to do it here.
