I had a rhinoplasty revision here 2 years ago. At that time it was Wither, not Webus. Back then, both the manager and the director told me that my desired shape would be possible. But the result was not the shape I wanted.. I was disappointed as soon as the splint came off. The height improved, but the tip of the nose became even thicker and wider. The tip should have been lengthened more, but it ended up being operated on too short, almost as if it had been undercorrected. From the side, the tip drops sharply from the starting point, making a straight line. So I asked about it, and the feedback was quick. But while giving feedback, they said that if I wanted that kind of nose, I should have used autologous costal cartilage.. Then why were they saying before surgery that my desired nose was possible and that they would proceed with donor rib cartilage? I questioned that. I went because the doctor was famous as a specialist in bulbous noses, but the result did not suit me. Still, I do like the bridge, at least the bridge alone. +When I had the revision at Wither, osteotomy was included and I paid for it, but yesterday I had a 3D CT and consultation at another hospital for another revision of my nose, and on the CT it came out as if osteotomy had not been done. What is this..? I’m speechless.
