At other places, they said the nose could not be raised, but here they said it could. Half suspicious, half hopeful here ㅜ Everyone is pretty passive about doing it with only autologous cartilage, but here they recommended using donated rib cartilage, silicone, and Megaderm as a three-combo. It is a re-revision surgery, so I am resistant to implants, but they said that would not be a problem and that it had not been a problem before either. Is that really true?
