The hospital atmosphere is fairly clean and comfortable. The staff are kind, but it seems to vary by person. Compared with other hospitals, they explained the basic points well and answered my questions well too. They were kind, but I felt a bit uneasy because it seemed like they were going in a direction different from the nose shape I wanted.
