The manager consulted carefully, but at the end of the doctor's consultation, if I didn't ask any questions, he would just leave. It seems like I should come in already having decided what to ask, or think of questions while listening to the explanation. They recommended silicone, but when I said I wanted no implant, they said the surgery would be done with cartilage plus donated dermis. They sent me a summary of the consultation afterward.
