Even though it was a weekday, I couldn't get my consultation until 30 to 40 minutes after my scheduled time. On top of that, I thought I would have a consultation with the director after the manager consultation, but it ended after only the manager consultation.. I was flustered.. Since it didn't naturally move on to the doctor consultation, I just felt something was off and left without asking for it. So I can't evaluate the doctor's kindness or the professionalism of the consultation at all.
