Review

The consultation with the manager was very kind. The director also explained things in detail and answered the parts I was curious about well. The downside is that the wait time was way too long. I arrived at 11:30 and it ended at 1:40. Expect it to take 2 hours. If it's this long in the off-season, it will be a disaster during peak season. While waiting on the 2nd floor, it was really hard to listen to the junior staff chatting and mixing in profanity. I wish they would show some manners in front of customers. --
