If you go at the scheduled time, there is almost no wait. Other than the consultation manager, the front desk staff have no expression and feel cold. Well, the doctor is the one who does the surgery, so that doesn't matter. The consultation manager was extremely kind and explained things well. The back-and-forth was really good. The director gave a neat, straightforward consultation. I liked it enough to make a reservation, but the diagnosis for my nose was very different, so I'll think about it a bit more before deciding.
