The manager was so kind and took good care of me, which I liked. Director Shim was kind too, but he looked tired. If you don't ask questions, they don't explain things in detail. If you do ask, they answer everything well. Functional nose surgery is an optional add-on, but because the functional part was important, I didn't have the surgery!
