The waiting time here was unbelievably long. Maybe they just didn't have many staff. I had to go to work, and they should at least have told me in advance, honestly. It was so stressful. The consultation with the director was also very rushed. I know it must be hard because they see so many patients, but still, that's the job, so I wish they had been a little kinder. Overall, I was disappointed with the consultation.
