I went after seeing the chief doctor on YouTube, but I heard that doctor was not seeing patients, so I got treated by someone else. Maybe because it was a large hospital, the coordinators were kind, but the doctor whose name I do not even remember was so rude that I felt awful. Of course, I did not go through with the surgery either.
