I had a consultation with Director Shim Jung-hwan, and he looked so exhausted ㅠ Still, he explained things while drawing diagrams, answered every question I asked, and was kind. I got the impression that he doesn't do a one-size-fits-all approach, but operates in a way that fits each person's eyes. The manager was also very kind, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit. The consultation fee is 10,000 won, but they said they would deduct it from the procedure cost if I went ahead with surgery. Overall, it was a satisfying consultation.
