I had my first nose surgery consultation. My first impression of the hospital was a very clean and bright interior. I heard there would be a bit of a wait, but I got in much sooner than expected, which was nice. The coordinators and manager were generally very kind. The consultation order was manager first, then doctor. At other hospitals there were places where the explanation was lacking and they would not say anything unless I asked, which was uncomfortable, but here the doctor explained things carefully and made the things I asked about easy to understand. The price was average or slightly higher compared to other hospitals, and they clearly told me what was possible and what was not among the things I mentioned, so the consultation was very comfortable.
